Voices of Hope Evangelistic Team 2024

Members of the Voices of Hope Evangelistic Team participated at the Blue Ridge Awake America Prayer Meeting on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 11:59 a.m. at the Coroner's Office in Downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia. 


​Lydia Long, Coordinator - Awake America Prayer Meetings, welcomed everyone, Chief Deputy Coroner Adam Troxel gave the Invocation which was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.  Then the Team joined other prayer warriors in offering fervent prayers for the following: our Military, First Responders, National/Local/State Government Leaders, Unity in the body Of Christ, Media in America, Businesses, Repentance/Revival for America, America's Youth/Revival for Youth/Human Trafficking, Persecuted Church, Education and Leaders, Pastors/Christian Leaders/their families, Unborn Children/Family Restoration, Israel/peace for Jerusalem. 


Chief Deputy Troxel gave the Benediction, Lydia Long gave closing comments, then the Team closed the Meeting by leading everyone in singing "Power in the Blood Medley,"

Blue Ridge Awake America Prayer Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at the Coroner's Office, 346 West Main Street, Blue Ridge, Georgia, at 11:59 a.m.  All are invited to attend.

Awake America Prayer Meetings are held in North Georgia, Western North Carolina and Tennessee. Their primary focus is to bring pastors, government officials, business leaders, members of the military, the media, and concerned citizens together to pray for our great nation, its leaders, and for revival in America. The foundational scripture for Awake America Prayer Meetings is based on 2 Chronicles 7:14-16: 14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place. 16 For now I have chosen and sanctified this house, that My name may be there forever; and My eyes and My heart will be there.

The Copperhill, Tennessee, Awake America Prayer Meeting was held on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the Copperhill, Tennessee City Hall and the Voices of Hope Evangelistic Team was blessed to participate with many prayer warriors in praying for America and her leaders. 


Sallie Sompayrac, Facilitator for Copperhill Awake America Prayer Meetings, welcomed everyone and gave the Invocation, which was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Billy Acton.  Then fervent prayers were offered by the prayer warriors for the following: our Military, First Responders, National/Local/State Government Leaders, Unity in the body Of Christ, Media in America, Businesses, Repentance/Revival for America, America's Youth/Revival for Youth/Human Trafficking, Persecuted Church, Education and Leaders, Pastors/Christian Leaders/their families, Unborn Children/Family Restoration, Israel/peace for Jerusalem.

Mayor Jim Conley welcomed everyone and gave the Invocation, which was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.  Then fervent prayers were offered by the prayer warriors for the following: our Military, First Responders, National/Local/State Government Leaders, Unity in the body Of Christ, Media in America, Businesses, Repentance/Revival for America, America's Youth/Revival for Youth/Human Trafficking, Persecuted Church, Education and Leaders, Pastors/Christian Leaders/their families, Unborn Children/Family Restoration, Israel/peace for Jerusalem.

There was an air of excitement and a sweet spirit as Stephanie Haradon, Facilitator for Pickens County, Georgia, Awake America Prayer Meetings, welcomed everyone to the inaugural Pickens County Awake America Prayer Meeting on Thursday, March 7, 2024, and gave the Invocation.  Lydia Long, Coordinator - Awake America Prayer Meetings, gave a brief history of how Awake America Prayer Meetings began as well as its growth over the past 14 years.  Following the Pledge of Allegiance, the Voices of Hope Evangelistic Team led all in singing "Power in the Blood Medley."

Powerful prayers were then offered for the following: our Military, First Responders, National/Local/State Government Leaders, Unity in the body Of Christ and America, Media, Businesses, Repentance/Revival for America, America's Youth Leaders/Revival for Youth/Human Trafficking, Persecuted Christians, Education and Leaders, Pastors/Christian Leaders, Unborn Children/Family Restoration.
